How to Order

You can either place an order with us online by filling up the order form or download the order form and email it to us sales@hibeau.com.
An e-invoice will be sent out within 24 hours upon order submission.
Payment should be made within 48 hours else the order will be void.
Once your payment has been verified, we will deliver your order within 3 working days.
All prices quoted are not inclusive of delivery charges.

How to Pay

Within Singapore

Payment can be made by Funds Transfer (DBS)/ Cheques/ PayPal. Cash on delivery can be accepted upon request.
All prices stated in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

Outside Singapore

Payment can be made by Fund transfer (DBS)/ PayPal.

Delivery Charges

Within Singapore

Free Delivery for orders above S$200.00.
Delivery cost of S$10.00 will be chargeable for orders below S$200.00.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm.
Once your payment has been verified, we will deliver your order within 3 working days.

Outside Singapore

Free Delivery for orders above S$500.00.

The above shipping charge applies to packages up to 5kg. Packages exceeding 5kg will incur additional cost depending on the total weight.
Shipping charge does not include import duties, VAT or tariffs which are usually imposed upon delivery. As duties and taxes vary with individual countries,
they will not be reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office for those charges or any additional charges that may apply.
Hi-Beau International Pte Ltd will not be responsible for the duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order.
Working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders will be sent out within 3 working days from confirmation of payment. Please allow 14-21 working days for your package to arrive. You may inform us if your package does not arrive after 30 days of shipment confirmation.
